    Cancellation policy & returns

    You would like to return your entire order or individual products to us? No problem at all, for whatever reason you want to return a product: Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt of your package - even for opened packages. We will pay your return postage and refund the purchase price of the products. Instead of a refund, we can also send you a replacement product on request.

    On this page we explain step by step how a return at Herbano works. If you would like detailed information about your right of withdrawal, please take a look at our general terms and conditions or contact us.

     

    Step 1: Fill out the return form

    Please print out the appropriate return form, fill it out and enclose it in the package in which you are returning your goods:

    Please seal your package carefully. We recommend that you return it in the original carton you received from us. However, please make sure that no "old" barcodes are still visible on the package. Should this be the case, you can simply paint over them, e.g. with a black felt-tip pen.

    By filling out the return form, you make our work much easier. It also already contains a legally correct cancellation of your order, so that no further communication by e-mail, fax or letter post is necessary.

     

    Step 2: Post a package

    You can now drop off the parcel at a post office.

    In order to have proof of your return, please keep the proof of posting that you receive when you hand in your package. If, contrary to expectations, the package is lost during the return, we will ask you for this proof of posting.

    On the delivery receipt, you will also find a so-called "tracking number", which you can use to track the journey of your parcel:

     

    Step 3: Purchase price of products will be refunded or exchange arranged

    After we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Within 14 days, we will issue a credit note for the purchase price of your returned products - or we will send you a replacement product (if desired).

    Refund Credit card/Paypal

    If you originally paid for your order by credit card or Paypal, you will receive your refund back to your account.

    If, contrary to expectations, you have not yet received a credit note or exchanged goods from us even 3 weeks after sending your return to us: Please contact our friendly customer service team and we will do everything we can to solve the problem.
