Is my order already on its way?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail. With this link you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Where can I track my order?
You will find a link to the tracking system in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Can I order by telephone?
It is not possible to order by telephone.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If you cannot find an e-mail with an order confirmation in your mailbox, please check your SPAM folder. If you can't find an e-mail here either, it is possible that an incorrect e-mail address was inadvertently entered during the order process. It is also possible that the order process was not completed. To check this, you can check in your customer account under "My account" whether we have received your order.
Is a change of address possible after the order?
Unfortunately no change of address is possible. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I postpone the delivery date?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to postpone the delivery date.
How do I change or cancel an order?
As soon as you have completed the order, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you have the possibility to return the package and the purchase price of the products will be refunded in full.
What do I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the specified delivery time, the parcel will be deposited at your local post office for you. There you can pick it up within 5 working days. Pleas note that this may vary on the dispatch service provider. In the tracking link you can check exactly where the package is located. If there is no pick-up, the package will be returned to Herbano.
Why is my package being returned to Herbano?
If it was not possible to deliver the package or if no collection was made at the post office within the storage period, the delivery will be returned to Herbano. You are welcome to contact our customer service and the package will be resent to you. Please check the address again here.
My package was delivered, but I did not receive it. What to do?
The package could have been delivered to the nearest parcel shop. Please check your mailbox for a collection slip. It would also be possible to hand it over to the neighbours or to put it in the garden, but this should not happen without a parking permit.

In order to guarantee the high quality of our products and to achieve optimal results, we place special emphasis on bioavailability and a high dosage of the active ingredients. Bioavailability is the absorption of the active ingredient into the body. The higher the bioavailability, the better the active ingredient can be absorbed and a therapeutically effective result achieved.
Do I need dietary supplements at all?

All products marked with the following symbol contain raw materials from organic farming.
Are the products without animal ingredients? (vegan)

Do your products contain allergenic substances?
If a product contains one or more allergens, these are marked on the product page under the product components.
Can I take several preparations at the same time?
Many products complement each other perfectly, but not all products can be taken together without exception. Please follow the product description to avoid side effects. If you are taking medication or other products at the same time, please inform yourself in detail about possible interactions and side effects. The intake of several preparations as well as medications should always be adjusted to the personal clinical picture as well as to additional therapeutic measures.
Can I break open the capsules and take only the powder?
This is possible, but not recommended, as breaking the capsule may cause oxidation of the ingredients, which may impair the effect. In the same way, the taste of the capsule contents can be perceived as unpleasant in some products. Furthermore, it is possible that the powder becomes lumpy, which may make it difficult to absorb in the body.
I have received the products and do not know how much to take?
The recommended dosage can be found on the product page or on the label of the product. This indicated recommended dosage should not be exceeded.
